Afternoon Tea with ARIEL!

Get ready for a magical afternoon filled with delicious treats, plenty of fun and a very special character joining us...!
 
First we will serve a themed afternoon tea; with a selection of sweet and savoury treats. We offer bottomless hot tea or coffee for adults, and unlimited squash for kids*.  Our special guest brings a little extra magic to the afternoon once we have finished eating!
There’ll be opportunities to meet Ariiel, take photos, and enjoy some fun, activities and dancing.
 
*please note ordering soft drinks/other drinks from our menu will incur additional charges.

Due to the table configuration at the cafe; we can only accomodate parties of x2 or x4.  Please get in touch if you have a party of more than 4.  With regret we cannot book in tables for x3.
Tickets are priced at £25pp for both children and adults.
 
Booking T&Cs
1. Booking & Tickets
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Entry to the event is only available to guests with a valid ticket.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Please check your booking details carefully before completing your purchase, including the date, time and number of tickets required.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated on your booking confirmation.
2. Children & Supervision
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
All children attending the event must have a valid ticket unless otherwise stated.
Adults attending solely to accompany children may also require a ticket, as specified at the time of booking.
3. Arrival
Please arrive promptly for the advertised start time of 3.30pm.
Late arrival may mean that you miss part of the experience, and we cannot guarantee that the event will be extended for late arrivals.
Please allow sufficient time for parking and arrival before the event begins.
4. Afternoon Tea & Dietary Requirements
Afternoon tea includes a selection of sweet and savoury items as described in the event information.
Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking wherever possible. With regret we cannot offer vegan or milk free options.
Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, we operate in an environment where a range of allergens are present. We therefore cannot guarantee that any food is completely free from traces of allergens.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before booking so that we can discuss whether we are able to safely accommodate your requirements.
5. Character Appearance
The advertised character appearance is subject to availability and unforeseen circumstances.
In the unlikely event that the advertised character is unable to attend, we reserve the right to provide a suitable replacement character or alternative experience.
No refund will normally be offered solely because a particular character has been replaced, provided that the event itself continues as planned.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to ask whether your tickets can be transferred to another guest, but this is subject to our agreement and availability.
If we have to cancel the event, ticket holders will be offered either a refund or an alternative arrangement, as appropriate.
7. Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional and social media purposes.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video footage.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of our team on arrival.
8. Behaviour & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave if their behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult throughout the event.
9. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including timings, activities, menu items or entertainment, where necessary.
We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any significant changes wherever possible.

By purchasing tickets for the event, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
